“So far so good. Enjoy the equipment. I am on month to month membership. Everyone seems nice and the people there seem focused on what they are doing. I will give a couple recommendations: Please wrap the pull up bars with tape, its no fun when you are sweating and cant grip the bar, one of the bars has a rubber on it that is very slippery too. Also, the younger staff need to be trained on how to make Protein shakes at the bar, most of the younger crew dont seem confident in doing such a mundane task. Overall, great gym.”

Dr. Ellis is very knowledgeable and he explains things in a way that is understandable and shows that he really cares for your health. NP Alisha Miles is kind and helpful, and makes sure to check in on her patients, not only physically, but mentally as well. Anthony is a great physical therapy tech, he is friendly and always has great ideas to help strengthen and heal injured areas. And when Erin fills in she does a great job of continuing that care. Martha is a helpful aid to Alisha, she is very personable and knowledgeable as well. And at the front desk, Heather and Salma are super helpful in getting appointments scheduled, talking about finances, dealing with insurance, and keeping everything organized. I love BackFit and all the people who work there! I have had nothing but great experiences with all of them; they set the standard for top tier care.”

“My daughter has enjoyed her classes here. I docked one star - considered docking two - because they offer a preview class that you have to pay for. This seems very odd to me. To draw in business wouldn't you want to offer that as complimentary? Secondly, after the preview class, we were told the instructor is supposed to come out and talk to you about the level you should enroll your child in. No one spoke to us. We just stood there for ten minutes and then left. The following week we came, and saw an instructor speaking in detail to another parent who is there for a preview class. Clearly they struggle with employee inconsistencies and communication. It shouldn't be difficult, the parents are literally standing right there.”
