No welcoming service, speaking in mono-tone and just plain face cashier. For work I had to stop at Safeway this same morning. While there, I checked for the infamous glow in the dark cups. The staff is overwhelmingly polite, cheery and eagerly happy to help. It should go without saying, service expectations should mimic all Starbucks.”

“Paradise Life Care did an excellent job caring for my elderly mother at the end of her life. After suffering a stroke, she needed to move into a facility to meet her needs. Mom had lived independently in her home as an older adult, so I was concerned about her adapting to assisted living at the age of 92. However, Mariela, Ana Christina, and Coco welcomed her into their friendly, loving home. Mom thrived there, making friends and receiving compassionate care. I highly recommend Paradise, because the home is comfortable and the caregivers are attentive and nurturing. My Mom was extremely happy and well cared for at Paradise.”

“We were looking for some dinner after we realized how late it was, and decided instead of driving to Filibertos (our usual late night Mexican food) we’d try Federico’s for the first time, after reading some of the reviews. From our first experience: The service was friendly & prompt. However, we asked for pico, not knowing this wasn’t included and weren’t told there was an up charge of $1.99 until we got to the window and were paying. We had just pulled out of the parking lot while checking our food, since one of the only/biggest complaints here is botching orders, and noticed they had forgotten the pico we paid extra for, and gave us 2 sauces instead of 4. Other than those two mistakes, I’d say the food was pretty great! I ordered the carne fries, and they definitely beat out Fili B’s carne fries hands down. My husband prefers the crinkle cut fries, while I prefer regular fries, which is what they serve here. That’s really up to preference— but the flavor was great and the hot sauce had a nice kick to it! My husband got a chicken taco and a beef taco, and said the beef was better than Fili B’s, and while the chicken he felt wasn’t terrible it wasn’t his favorite, it was definitely more generous when it came to the portion. Overall, not bad at all! If we need a last minute and/or late night dinner and are craving Mexican food, we’ll definitely hit up Federico’s from now on!”

“Roadrunner Plumbing is amazing. My husband was installing a bidet on my mother's toilet and ran into an issue when a piece of the attachment to the wall broke. Thankfully we already had her water turned off, but if we turned it on there would be water flowing everywhere. We called RR Plumbing on a Sunday evening and they were able to get to my mother's place early Monday morning. Not only did they explain to my mom what they did and what they were doing, but they reached out to my husband to explain it to him as well. They also offered advice to ensure there's no issues with the installation in the future. They truly care about their clients and use their knowledge to help and educate others. We will without a doubt use Roadrunner Plumbing for all of our future needs!”

They are still giving good service and the food is great. This location has always had good service and no issues. The scorpion pepper burger is good. “Don’t let appearances fool you, Gathered Grounds may look unassuming in a small trailer tucked into the plaza parking lot, but they’ve got it all! Amazing service, coffee/drinks and competitive prices. The baristas are very knowledgeable and qualified to make recommendations, I’ve taken their advice several times to deviate from my normal black cinnamon coffee, and over never been disappointed. They’re fast, walking up to take your order via tablet if there’s a line, and with them being so close to downtown surprise it’s easy to swing by for a drink in the morning or evening for the kid sports at the park!”
