“The Pottery Place is popular for good reason. You can meander through good quality art pieces in great variety just as you might take a leisurely stroll at a yard sale looking for treasure. But this yard is massive in comparison. Staff has been consistently excellent in service every time we have visited. It is not a discount shopping experience, but the price are not unreasonable. “This store which opened last month is well organized and almost well stocked. Their associates are very polite and friendly. The ladies' bags are categorized by colors and specific brand names, which are easy to find. They have a lot of brand-name bags, clothes, and shoes which are reasonable price and some are almost marked down. They have a very nice selection of jewelry and accessories, which one can't find at Ross. They don't have a lot of plus sizes for men and women, which I think they don't have enough space to put up more clothes racks. The regular sizes of clothes and shoes for men and women are almost well stocked. Kids' clothes and toys have a lot to choose from. I noticed that toys shelves aren't many, which may have been the reason why shelves looked so crowded and some shoppers would say it looks disorganized. There are more toys than shelves to display them. The Surprise TJ Maxx store is one of the smallest TJ Maxx stores I've been. It is understandable if there aren't a lot of plus-size clothes for men or women, and other stuff that you see in all other bigger TJ Maxx stores.”

“I had to postpone my trip two different times, and Mary was very nice, understanding, and accommodating. When we finally got to go on our trip, she arrived exactly on time, and the equipment we rented from her was all very clean and exactly what we needed. The crib and highchair were in great condition, we also rented a toy bin and my 18mo LOVED the toys so much. She was so entertained and I’m really happy we decided to get that too. I’ll definitely be contacting Mary the next time we are in the Phoenix are!!”
