“The Pottery Place is popular for good reason. You can meander through good quality art pieces in great variety just as you might take a leisurely stroll at a yard sale looking for treasure. But this yard is massive in comparison. Staff has been consistently excellent in service every time we have visited. It is not a discount shopping experience, but the price are not unreasonable. “Cranmore came out and did our vinyl flooring. They are excellent!! They worked so hard all day long laying our floors and they look so beautiful. We are very happy. One of the caps that join the existing tile to the vinyl was a little loose and Cranmore came out immediately and fixed it perfectly. I will recommend them to anyone who needs new flooring.”

I called to inquire how quickly I would receive an order if placed today and while on the phone I vacillated over whether I wanted 2 or 4 bulbs. She was very helpful and in the end I decided I would place the order through amazon pay after deciding if I needed anything else. I subsequently got very busy and forgot to place the order. A couple of hours later, Luz called me to let me know that someone had just placed a large order for the particularl bulb I wanted and only the amount I needed were remaining, so she was putting them aside for me until I was ready to place the order. I was dumbstruck by the level of customer service I received from her. She went out of her way to connect with me and let me know what was happening because she knew I really needed the bulbs. I’m beyond appreciative of her attentiveness, and it is service like this that will make me a repeat customer. She is wonderful!”

“I had the best experience with West Valley Kitchen and bath. I had a dated bathroom and wanted to replace the old tub/shower with just a shower. I went to West Valley Kitchen and Bath because I wanted a professional design. I explained to Kim and Bryce what I wanted, they came to see the bathroom and provided a rendering of their new design. Kim and Bryce delivered a elegant design and the materials chosen were exactly what I had described. They did not disappoint. Work started immediately and they continued to come every day until the job is complete. Special thanks to the crew, Steve, Tiber and Shane. They were very friendly and cleaned up at the end of each day. Most importantly was the craftsmanship. They were very skilled and knew exactly what they were doing. Towards the end of the project I also had them install a large single basin sink in the kitchen. It’s great when you can trust a company and know they will do an excellent job. Seriously though it was a great experience. I now have a beautiful new bathroom. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a reputable company that provides great service and are very talented.
