“The store is always getting ‘’A’’ form Arizona Health Department for cleaning and no expired food. Very good at meat and fish. Also has the Indian grocery and the Sandwich shop which is very famous for Hot dog, Vienna hot dogs, Subs with indian styles too. Also everything is halal. They have a sewing center too. I love it. I don’t have to go any other places for my groceries. And the guy is very friendly and honest. Always he takes care about the customers. Awesome!”

“Awesome place to live! Very nice and quite complex. Community and pool space are very well kept. All appliances in the units are modern and up to date. I only had 2 minor maintenance issues while living here and both were fixed within 24 hours. Salina at the front office is extremely nice and is willing to help you with whatever she can. I would definitely recommend the Regency to anyone looking for a nice place in Tempe.”
