Once Upon A Child

I love this store! There are 3 other kid resell stores closer to home, but I have repeatedly chosen to buy and sell at this location since they opened a couple years back. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help you find what you need, and their prices are fair! I like that I can drop off my items for sell at a trusted location and receive a fair amount for them, plus a discount if I purchase from them on that day. It definitely beats trying to sell things on my own to multiple strangers online!

This place has become our go-to. The staff are helpful and kind. The selection has been great. I was recently looking for Mario items for my son, and the staff was so helpful with tracking things down.
I love the deals that pop-up on their social media, too. 🥳 I feel like I get more in trade at Once Upon a Child in Tempe, compared to where I previously would take our clothes/toys/gear. It’s easily become a favorite for my family!

This store is amazing. Way under retail and super cool stuff. 99% of my kids' closet is from this store and I'm always getting g compliments on how well they are dressed. The staff is great, we have never had a sour experience shopping there. 100% recommend for all your kid's shopping needs.

I frequent and sell to this Once Upon A Child often and I have also received friendly service and always find great deals! Their prices are extremely reasonable and I appreciate the cash out value of items when selling to them! They always have a variety of toys, equipment, and kiddos clothes in all sizes and I really like the games they get for kids too. All around a great go-to in the neighborhood.

I absolutely love shopping at once upon a child in Tempe. They have the best prices around. All of their items are extremely clean. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional… I would always stock up on diapers and they were so kind to put aside diapers for me and would send me a message to let me know when they would get a more diapers in the sizes I was looking for. I will continue to shop here because of the great environment. And they’re amazing prices
