  I came to Unique Strength after trying both CrossFit and Orange Theory, and I can honestly say Unique Strength has been my favorite of the three, by far! First off, Unique and Britney are awesome trainers. They helped me with my form and technique each time I came in. Not to mention they are always so fun and motivating. Unique is the owner of the gym, and you can tell she loves her job. She always comes in with high sprits and makes class such a joy. Aside from the great trainers, the equipment at this facility is plentiful and full of variety! I came in for the strength training classes, and each time the workout was different. I HIGHLY recommend this gym to anyone who is interested in group fitness classes. You will experience variety, great equipment, and inspiring, genuine trainers.

  I work out here 3-5 times a week and love it!
  Every class is different and the time flies by.
  Great community and friendly members and trainers.
  Super clean and a huge range of equipment.
  Great for all levels of fitness.
  Check it out if you are looking for an effective way to work out.

  I love this gym, Unique does such a great job and has so many amazing, friendly, trainers. Why go to the gym alone when you can work out with a bunch of high energy, motivating, awesome people?! If you are looking for some faster-paced strength training and a motivating environment, I highly recommend! I've tried a lot of group classes around the valley and this by far exceeds them all. ????????

  Honestly, there isn't a place I go that makes me happier. If you want a really good workout, a place where you can meet new people and develop tight, long lasting friendships, go to Unique Strength. It's more than just a gym, its a place where you can improve all aspects of your life. I always leave happier then when I arrived.

  This place will give you the best workout you’ve ever had! The music is poppin, the exercises are challenging, and the community is amazing!
