Audio Express

I got four nice coaxial speakers and a real nice Kenwook deck.
for $399.
I had fun installing them with Shawn's great technical advice.

I can’t speak highly enough about Sean Nissen and his team at the Tempe Audio Express. We just had them work on two of our cars and they did a fantastic job (car stereos with hands free, alarms, remote start and backup cameras). It’s so refreshing to work with people who have integrity and care about the products and services they provide. Sean never tried to up-sell me – he listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the right products. The installation was beautifully done, and everything works perfectly. Communication throughout the process was excellent - no “surprise” charges. They even found and fixed a couple of things that another stereo shop did wrong! It was professionalism from start to finish. When it comes to audio, alarms and other auto electronics, no one except Sean and his crew will ever touch one of my cars. Thank you guys!!!

The reason for only 4 stars is that I didn’t know that installing the included blue tooth was not included in the price of the new radio installation and was not informed of the extra cost to install the blue tooth option or I would of paid the extra for the blue tooth. Also I was told that they couldn’t install the radio to play in the accessories position in the vehicle so they installed a toggle switch that I was informed would shut off power to the radio. That’s the only way to get the radio to work with the engine was off. The radio that was in used to work on accessories only it would cut in and out. They need to inform you about the extra cost of the equipment that comes with the new radio.

Superior service!!!!! I usually don't write reviews, but I have to brag about these guys! Sean is very respectful and helpful from beginning to end!!! And all staff members were kind!!! They accommodated my every need from working around my schedule to making sure I got the best bang for the buck! They installed my system better than I could have asked for!! Sounds better than I thought it ever would!!! They even fixed a floor panel I could not fix myself without me saying anything about that. I will definitely be going back there!!!! I recommend this place over any other one for sure!!!!!

5 STARS. I walked in and told them I wasn’t ready to buy I was just starting the process of upgrading my speakers in my Tacoma and wanted to learn more. I asked them for recommendations and suggestions. They educated me on speakers and audio… they are very knowledgeable and confident in their work. I ended up buying a component set and will be back for more speakers!
