I wasn't happy with the mattress I originally ordered and they were friendly and helpful and made the exchange super easy. I have a 10 inch organic latex mattress and it is very comfortable! Set up was easy & fun but be warned, the boxes are HEAVY. The wool/cotton cover is beautiful. Absolutely no smell right out of the box. If I ever get another bed I'll be buying here.”
