  This is honestly one of the best physical therapy places I have gone to. Both Austin and Pam sat and listened to my laundry list of issues and did their best to find a solution. For the first time, I left having hope instead of feeling frustrated that I didn't have an answer. While I am still working through my injury, I am confident that Pam and Austin will always do their best to help me and make sure we find a solution!

  The whole PT team and staff were so amazing and friendly. I worked with Cole who was super attentive and invested in my recovery. After having some bad experiences with my original orthopedic medical office, i contacted this facility and they immediately got me in and evaluated and started the PT plan. Do not hesitate and make an appointment today!

  I tore my ACL and choose this place for Physical therapy after my surgery. I definitely recommend this place for any one who are looking for pre op or post op therapy. Cole and Melany are great, attentive, understanding, take extra care and make sure you feel comfortable.

  I developed back issues because I still haven't figured out that I'm not 25 anymore. Cole was able to diagnose my bulging disc and prescribe exercises and dynamic stretches to address it and get me healthy again. The exercise program was explained effectively, such as what each move targeted and why I was doing it. He also helped me identify activities that could aggravate my back in the future, and how best to prevent this from happening.

  I had the pleasure of being a patient at OST over the last several weeks. I frequently interacted with both Shawna and Alyssa at the front desk who worked to accommodate my schedule and were always pleasant and professional. My therapist, Melanie, demonstrated excellent problem solving and clinical skills to help address my issues. I had significant improvement within the first few visits. I chose this clinic because it is therapist owned and all of your visit time is spent with the therapist, not an aide or an assistant. If you have physical therapy needs, I highly recommend you support this business.
