All the staff members were very friendly,professional and helpful. Everyone took time to thoroughly answer my questions and I was not rushed. This is what patient care should look like. I am very impressed with Advanced Vein Institute.

Had a wonderful experience today with Casey (Ultrasound Tech) and Jilanne Rose (DNP, ANP-BC). I’ve had some concerns, but our meeting help alleviate any fears. Today’s appointment made up for the rough time filling out initial paperwork as they are sharing an office, and have hours that do not keep a daily staff. A satellite location I believe it’s called. Calling and emailing are effective means to communicate; so save your time walking in looking to make an appointment. Thank you AVI-AZ.

I've had Jilanne Rose complete my procedures and I LOVE that she is either more OCD than I am, or that she takes so much pride in her work and is not satisfied until her patients are over the top happy with the results.
Honestly I drive over 40 miles one way. That may not be ground breaking to many of you, however I know there are multiple institutions along the way that
I don't even consider because I am so content.

If you are looking for someone to perform treatments for varicose and spider veins, I highly recommend Advanced Vein Institute. Jilanne Rose and the staff are very personable and professional with explanations about each procedure. My progress is ongoing, but my legs have improved immensely, both in appearance and ability to withstand long hours on my feet at work.

Words cannot describe how amazing Dr. rose & her staff are! My Dad is under the care of 3 specialists and his primary care. Dr. Rose did in an hour and a half what none of these other 4 doctors could in a year. His legs were purple, he couldn’t walk, and everyone kept telling him to go somewhere else. Not only did she scan and diagnose him, she was extremely informative. She’s patient, kind, she answers any and all questions, in no way do you feel rushed or like a another number. You can tell she truly cares for her patients. She’s extremely thorough, detailed, and… I could go on and on. If you have any lymphatic or vein issues, you won’t find a better place to get care. I know, we’ve been everywhere! THANK you Dr Rose, and staff for helping us feel safe, comfortable and a little hope again that life can be enjoyable!
