“Awesome gym! The trainers cultivate a very encouraging environment. I love the CrossFit feel of the gym with unique twists- the sandbags and maces are a great way to challenge your body in a different way. The workouts are a great mix of strength and conditioning and easy to modify for injuries or any limitations. I have to give a shout-out to Aaron- he remembered me from one of their free Saturday workouts months before I started to come with ClassPass- what a way to make someone feel included and comfortable in a new gym!
