The only thing that was confusing was deciding what experience to purchase we got the full tea and then the savory which was more than enough. I took home two of the savory goods and a bunch of small leftovers from the treats. I even took home some tea which was great the next day. If you go with two people you may be able to share one full tea if they allow! Just give them a call they answered all my questions. Also, the drink was nice and strong and delicious (I think we got the off with your head). Can’t wait for the Harry Potter event!”

“We did not end up buying anything (actually had a return) but we shopped around specifically for shoes for the longest time. It wasn’t very busy and at first the workers were helping someone else. We waited our turn and found the kiosk to check for our sizes. Although ultimately the shoes that I tried did not fit as I’d like, Jazz, yes jazz like the music, was very helpful and very informative. While helping us and other customers he gave advice and bits of wisdom and asked lots of questions to better understand what we were looking for… We didn’t get a store feedback survey because we didn’t buy anything but Jazz is the kind of employee that should be recognized for his helpfulness! Everyone else was great as well. We felt bad that we didn’t buy anything from Jazz; he really knows his shoes. We also talked about the books we were reading, Star Wars, and the various chit chat that one makes with a sales associate while walking around trying on shoes. As another customer service worker (not in sales) sometimes customer or patron complements are few and far between. Satisfied people don’t tend to speak up. Thank you, Jazz. You were very helpful!”
