He was so nice and so understanding not only did he explain what's wrong with the car but he sent me pictures and explained them to me one by one. My car was a total loss so I didn't end up going with the repairs however I want everyone to know how comfortable my experience was. How informed I was about the repairs needed on my car. I definitely plan on using them in the future for my other cars. Love love love. Female friendly definitely. Not saying women can't understand cars. Some don't however and finding a mechanic is pretty scary. I have confidence you can come here alone. I called Premier Auto and Bobby said “bring your vehicle in and we will fix it” I made an appointment, brought my vehicle in and Premier Auto repaired the exhaust manifold leak. They had to extract the broken bolts from the engine head which the other auto shop caused. I definitely will bring my vehicle back to Premier Auto for future repairs.”

“I'm giving them a 5 star review BECAUSE they didn't try to gain take my money. Seth was enthusiastic and helpful while I searched for a BMW to get a PPI on. He was honest and told me he wouldn't recommend me even spending the time on the car to get a PPI done, and then helped me do research for further steps. He could have easily took my money and done the job I asked him to do, but he was looking after my best interests, and did extra work on top of that. In the end, he didn't ask for a penny and was flexible as I worked with the seller of the car I wanted him to look at.”
