“My daughter just started first grade and I am beyond impressed with the attention and extra help she is receiving in reading and writing. They gave us a backpack and extra help to enroll in the lunch program at minimal or no cost. The staff is friendly and I have never seen my child so excited to go to school. Extremely recommend for children of any social status or ethnicity. -- FOLLOW UP REVIEW -- So this school deserves a follow up review. My daughter just completed the first grade and if there was a way to give an extra star I would. All of her teachers went above and beyond to help my daughter read and write without her ever feeling different then her classmates. She started with a 56 and ended the year with a 98. Words could never express the gratitude I feel for this school. They all care, that's what made my daughters first year of school unforgettable. From the beautiful smiles at the front desk to the principal who is so hands on he stands at pickup in the middle of the street to help coordinate cars and children crossing EVERY SINGLE DAY while he genuinely waves and smiles. Kids are excited to see him! They all say hello and make sure he sees it. He was amazing. Lastly though Ms Griffin was my daughters teacher. My daughter was making her crafts every weekend. She adored her teacher, because of that, my daughter had the desire to exceed and the respect to complete. So after this extremely long review... Hudson is the best school I could have asked for.”
