Each and every workout is so different and (some) are even fun! The reward you feel after completing one is the best. The coaches… well they are amazing!!! They push you, motivate you, cheer you on, make sure you are doing the stations correctly! I am so thankful for Stacey, Mel and Charlotte for helping me on my journey to feel good again. “Generally good hair cuts, nice people working here. Clean new store. Be aware the parking is tight. The booking website is quirky though. I made an appointment online for the first time the other day, the third party site made me fill out a profile, create my thousandth password, and then I could book. I reluctantly did all that and then went to check my booking and I was gone. I went to the store to double check because they weren’t answering the phones. I was told I had no appointment, so I went somewhere else that time. I will probably be back…”
