“Wow! I am so thankful I started F45 fitness at the South Tempe location! To be honest I was scared to start… but I did and am now hooked! Each and every workout is so different and (some) are even fun! The reward you feel after completing one is the best. The coaches… well they are amazing!!! They push you, motivate you, cheer you on, make sure you are doing the stations correctly! I am so thankful for Stacey, Mel and Charlotte for helping me on my journey to feel good again. It was the most worry-free trip that I've ever been on, and that's saying something since this was my first time out of the country. Gabi did a fantastic job planning fun excursions, picking a beautiful villa where we stayed with a great staff, mixing in stretching and workout sessions, and a healthy balance of simple downtime. I can't imagine how anyone could go on a Fitcation with Gabi and not be thrilled with the entire experience.”

We came 2 days (so far) for open gym training from 5-7pm and already I am seeing improvement in her layout form. The owner is amazingly helpful she has given my daughter and myself so much helpful advice to help improve her skills. I have never been to a gym that was so helpful and welcoming as AZ All Stars! Also side note their punch cards are the best deal in town, you really cannot beat it for the amount of training your student will get! I will definitely recommend AZ All Stars to all my cheer and gymnastics mom friends!”
