It wasn’t until I waited in the room for almost 40 minutes to see the Dr with my paper nightgown on that I got upset. The room was freezing cold and I just wanted to get home for a 3 am tip time the next day. They did get me taken care of or I might have left a 3 star rating.”

“I love this gym! The only reason I left was because I moved too far away. Mike, the owner, impressed me right off the bat with his professionalism and knowledge. I did personal training with him and his brother, Matt, for a few months and then moved to just open gym. What you get with this gym is a local owner who knows you by name, who you can text with questions when you need something, great equipment - everything for a solid workout plan, and no commercial gym stuff. This is mostly a free weight, functional training gym with solid equipment. Everyone is super nice, and because it’s smaller, you start to recognize your fellow gym goers since very few folks are in at the same time. I’m in the best shape of my life because of this place, way more so than when I was going to big chain gyms. They teach you how to use free weights properly and how to build a solid workout. I’ve learned so much working out here and it’s definitely helped me change my lifestyle!”

“City Wide Decorators fixed some water damage we had from a leaky roof and repainted the ceilings in four rooms of our house as well as the hallway going up the stairs - not a simple painting job. I should also note that our walls are plaster and so that made it a bit trickier. They were careful to exactly match the color of the existing paint and did a spectacular job. They also warned us about the potential of lead paint in our older home which was very appreciated since we have a small child and one on the way. For this reason, we were able to schedule them to work when we were out of town and they left the areas they were working in spotless. We are very happy with the result and would definitely recommend this company to others!”
