“I had a great experience here when I went in today. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by multiple employees. I ended up working with the employee furthest from the door and they were extremely professional. I performed my transaction, then needed a title notarized and they did that for me. The entire transaction from start to finish was extremely quick and the employee helped during the whole process, as well as answered all my questions. It feels great being able to walk into such a friendly branch, if this was near my home it would be my go to! I wish I could give the employee credit, but they did not have a name tag on… Thanks for the great customer service!”

“I can't understand for the life of me why this bank would get any bad reviews at first I was hesitant because it seemed too good to be true... where else can you open a bank account with no fees and no hidden fees I kept asking what's the catch and there is no catch! The employees are not snide or rude and anyway let's face it not trying to stereotype which I hate but a lot of banks tend to have snobbish people working not this Bank! Now that's not to say that they're not professional Sarah was the lady who greeted me super nice lady kept asking me if I had any more questions and even offered me a water made sure I was comfortable they really have a professional manner I couldn't be happier more people need to know about this Bank!”
