This place is always clean, the energy is upbeat, the app is convenient but what sealed the deal as my new favorite barbershop was Colette. From the jump she made me feel like we had been friends for years although we had never met. Haircuts can be awkward especially for someone with social anxiety but she kept conversations going that turned a normally bland experience into the highlight of my week. Also, I got a haircut! She cut my hair perfectly I will absolutely be back soon and often. Even as I was leaving my clumsy self dropped a $20 bill and she noticed and ran after me to the parking lot to return it to me. “Dr. Williams has turned my life around in 8 months. I started feeling better within 2 weeks, though. She truly quarterbacked every aspect of my health and coached me throughout the process. I learned the whys and how's of all of my conditions and learned the true healing process of the body and now understand the foundation of healing and what truly causes sickness. Her sessions are thorough and unlike other doctors she loves to address your questions and concerns. The whole process is just so comfortable. Her promptness between sessions to address concerns is extraordinary. “I love this gym! The only reason I left was because I moved too far away. Mike, the owner, impressed me right off the bat with his professionalism and knowledge. I did personal training with him and his brother, Matt, for a few months and then moved to just open gym. What you get with this gym is a local owner who knows you by name, who you can text with questions when you need something, great equipment - everything for a solid workout plan, and no commercial gym stuff. This is mostly a free weight, functional training gym with solid equipment. Everyone is super nice, and because it’s smaller, you start to recognize your fellow gym goers since very few folks are in at the same time. I’m in the best shape of my life because of this place, way more so than when I was going to big chain gyms. They teach you how to use free weights properly and how to build a solid workout. I’ve learned so much working out here and it’s definitely helped me change my lifestyle!”
