“I would really recommend American Leasing and Sales to anybody looking for a quality vehicle. I am a very picky buyer and was looking for a F-150 for a few months before I saw one at American Leasing. Sean was incredibly easy to work with, assisted in getting the truck over to a Ford dealer for a inspection and to handle all the warranty work. The price was very fair for the vehicle, so no need to haggle. The best part was there wasn't any surprise fees when I got down there. I went to MANY dealers looking at other trucks and once you are there its just extra undisclosed fees as soon as you sit down to talk numbers. Its amazing that practice still works any more. Just the price, as discussed and great service. I always appreciate good business where everyone wins. 5 of 5 Stars. “Front desk guy named Mr. Dean was the nicest guy ever. He was more than accommodating to me. When I booked the room I was looking for a hotel that took cash and because I have 2 last names the computer wouldn't take my I.D. and this man was a life saver. He went above and beyond for me because I'm in town because my husband is on life support at Duke and I was alone. He say with me and talked to me and made me laugh, I was having such a bad day and he turned it around and showed me that some people do care. Thank you Mr. Dean, I won't forget you during this tough time. Thank you RedRoof for having such a great employee, he needs a raise. The room was nice, clean, and warm.”

“I'm glad I moved in before reading these poor reviews. While a bit irresponsible on my part, it would have turned me off an otherwise pleasant renting scenario. There are certainly a few things that could be improved upon, such as adding the modern convenience of online rent payment and improving the quality (or decreasing the cost) of the laundry machines. However, management has always been efficient and helpful when concerns arise, and so far I have had no issues with the apartment or utilities. This is not the best apartment complex in Tempe, nor even in the area. Having said that, it is a complex that seems to be making strides at both improving its image, and providing a reliable living experience to those who may be looking for an affordable rent. The apartments are clean, fairly large, and management is incredibly good at helping those who have patience.”
