“I had a great experience in my purchase of a Freeflow Azure Premier. Dave Pepe is very knowledgeable. He showed me comparisons to other models, all the color options, and gave me a referral for an electrician to convert the tub to 230V. On delivery, the installation team set every up everything. They converted and connected the 230V line, filled it, tested all the functions, and (as a first time hot tub owner) gave me several helpful suggestions on maintaining it. A lot of negative reviews for hot tubs center around the wait times, and mine took 6 months to deliver. However, I was told going into it that COVID was extending production times, so I knew in advance it’d take longer than normal. I will be back for all my future maintenance needs and would definitely recommend them.”

“This company went above and beyond to make sure my windshield was replaced immediately after calling them. They are two very professional guys who came over and replaced my windshield in no time. They are both very polite and helpful when I asked how the process worked and if I could watch over them while they did the replacement. I have a few extra wires running around my windshield and some ditch light brackets that they had to maneuver around, and it was no problem for these boys! They absolutely crushed it and I will 100% be using them from here on out.”

I jumped in line about 5 am. 8 people ahead of me, the guard arrived at 0515 but got through the line quickly. I was in a door at 0615. Little tight with trailers in the way but not too bad. Left the facility at 0745. So I was pretty happy with that. I'm a company driver so they probably didn't want to pay detention! Overall, I was satisfied with my experience. I do wish there was more of a bathroom facility.”
