“JD saved the day!!! And our first trip!!! He came out on a service call to fix our leveling system as (we thought) it was malfunctioning. We are brand new to owning a class A RV, kept getting a fault code and had no idea why they weren't working properly. JD was THE nicest, most patient and extremely knowledgeable technician that I have ever encountered. He did quick work to troubleshoot the issue and took as much time as needed to walk through everything with me and also had me practice while he was still there to e sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. After he left we had additional questions on something unrelated to the leveling and he called us personally to help out...who does that!?!?!? JD even went out of his way to recommend a couple of easy maintenance items to help lengthen the life of the slider mechanism. On top of it...he did all this during the hottest part of the day in AZ 🥵 Highly highly recommend!!! Thank you JD, for your knowledge and kindness!! Butch and Vickie Nelson”

“Spoke to Brian about having a rusted out exhaust pipe in my 130 Yamaha. Told me to come up. Checked it out and told me that power head needs to be removed and a bunch of new parts to be installed. He quoted me $800 for everything. I thought that to be a fair price and left the boat. Called me a week later, told me boat was done and that he was able to do the whole job for $545!!!! I was thrilled. Picked it up and it performed flawlessly. Franzen Marine and Brian the owner, are professionals, straight forward, no fluff, no gimmicks.
