“I had to get my gallbladder removed because I had stones after going to the ER for pain in my stomach. A work colleague recommended Dr. Raghavan- when I went in to see him he informed me that surgery was necessary (the ER told me the same) I was very nervous because I have never had surgery before. Dr Raghavan has a very calm and perfect way of answering all of my concerns and explained the process to me (first asked if I wanted to know exactly what he will be doing since some people would rather not know) I had googled this process before seeing him (mistake, I know!) but I had a lot of concerns after a Google search but he answered all of my questions and calmed my anxiety. I am now 2 weeks post op and let me say that the surgery went so great! The recovery was good and fast, my incisions were not bad at all. I saw Dr Raghavan for a follow up and I have healed perfectly. I am overall super happy with Dr Raghavan and his staff - I am big on reviews before seeing anyone and I hope this helps someone make the decision in seeing him.”

“I had a wonderful experience here. It was very affordable considering all of the tests they ran. If you think you can get a cheaper rate with no insurance then you’re dreaming. I've never had any doctor ever run all the recommended tests they do, which all were very important to check your overall health and not just the reason you are there. Which was super important as I went in thinking I had a ovarian cyst on my left side and was causing pain, turns out the pain was coming from my right side all along and could potentially be appendicitis. Waiting to get my CT which they so graciously set up for me and gave me all the information I needed. Very thankful I went here. Would recommend to anyone!”

“Hubby fully went in to this experience knowing he had a severe hearing loss but not willing to spend the money for hearing aids. Well, we walked out with hearing aids! No pressure whatsoever. Just good solid testing that told us what we already knew. After testing out some aids and seeing how amazing the sound was, we opted for little less costly aids at a price we could live with and a 30-day trial that would get all but a $400 restocking fee back if he opted out before the 30-days. I think that was the selling point, that he didn’t have to lose his money if he couldn’t adapt to them. So far, so good! The criteria is he had to wear them a minimum of 10-hours a day. First day a little rough trying to figure out what volume we needed and in his words ‘everything is SO loud.’ 😬 But his brain is finally connecting to his ears and we are almost a week in and they are in every day except for shower time. No more him shouting ‘I. CAN’T. HEAR. YOU!!!’ every time I try to communicate with him. Ascent answered questions promptly on a day-after follow-up call from us, and then called us two days later to double-check how we were doing. They promise service every step of the way and we will hold them to that. Our technician Stacey was understanding of our concerns throughout the entire process and a pleasure to work with. Hubby is making this work for both of us!”
