“I made an appointment online, I went in, the front desk girl was very kind, welcoming, and easy to chat with. It was super easy to get the paper work filled out, the appointment was very quick, probably took around 20 minutes total, easy and painless. The doctor was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable, for reference I had some additional questions on certain vitamins to take and such. “First I called and was greeted by such a wonderful pleasant lady. I had alot of questions and she took the time to answer every single question. She was very knowledgeable and so sweet. I arrived to my appointment and I was greeted by the receptionist who was wearing a mask and just had sanitized her hands as I was coming in. Which was so nice to see. The front office was so clean and absolutely beautiful. I filled out my paper work and was taken back very quickly no waiting!! I was taken back to my room. Which was so clean and pretty very very pleased. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Samantha. I have to start off by saying she is absolutely amazing. She asked my questions took the time to listen to my concerns and really got to know who I was. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She was so sweet and caring. She did not try to up sell me like other places have. She also was able to tell me what procedures were like because she has had them. Which is was really reassuring. She knew from first hand experience. I had fillers in my lips and botox in my forgead. I was not nervous at all because of how comfortable Samantha made me feel. “Approximately 1 1/2 years ago, just as the COVID-19 was starting Dr Brannon found the problem I was having with my lower implants was a nearly gone left lower jawbone and broken at one point. Sounds scary, but Dr Brannon, with other physicians rebuilt my lower jaw, then did a fantastic job with lower implant and upper plate. His work is top of the line, pricing that I could afford, and his caring attitude and that of his staff is like family. We had an appointment with the Surgeon at the Mayo Clinic but unfortunately his condition had worsen and we had to take him to the ER instead. The ER Staff was very kind and they made sure to keep him comfortable. My Dad was than moved upstairs and everybody on that Floor was very kind and very professional. They did everything they could to help him and determine what the next steps would be. Unfortunately the Cancer had spread very rapidly and there was nothing that could be done for him anymore. One night my Dad wanted to Shave and the Nurse on Duty that night made it happen for him. That is something that I will never forget. Even though he was very sick and dying my Dad never lost his sense of humor. :) Thank you very much for what you have done for my Dad. RIP Dad”
