On the day of service, he and his helper were on time and very accommodating, helpful, and professional. What was supposed to be a two day service became a one day job with their help. They have been very responsive from the minute I contacted them. My daughter is happy with the alterations and we actually got it back earlier than promised. All of the employees were very friendly. “I dropped off an old 80’s a wedding dress a few weeks ago that I had worn to a bar crawl two years ago, not sure how far gone it was since the train had been dragged in the road and effectively covered in that nasty dark tar residue, along with half the bodice torn from the skirt due to someone drunkenly stepping on it. I’ve never used a dry cleaner before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. First, it was way more affordable than i anticipated, especially with the dress and the condition it was in. When they quoted my price my first thought was “that sounds very low for a wedding dress, what am I doing?” But the thing is CRISP white again, and you can’t even tell the bodice and skirt were ever separated, nor that this poor dress was ever dragged in the road. And the staff here are super friendly! Would 100% recommend this cleaner if you’re in the area!”

Katie suggested several different hiking trails to explore and even gave me a brief history on Arizona and its surrounding nature! She showed me several different options and floor plans that would fit my needs best. She even pointed out the dog park and dog washing station, knowing I'd be moving with my dog. I loved that Red Mountain has smart home features. It makes me feel safe. I loved the clubhouse, they host several resident activities a month and the staff is always extremely helpful!”
