One thing I would recommend is more signage to promote wearing a helmet. Pack of 20 kids there when I showed up and half of them were riding with no gear. Would hate for a place like this to be put in question for some kid who thinks helmets aren't cool. if you can afford a bike, you can afford a helmet.”

“I almost want to keep my magician dentist a secret! My teeth were so sensitive due to years of acid erosion (due to ulcers), cold air even a dental cleaning required me to be sedated. But the worst of it was my teeth were shortening and my gums receding to try to compensate. My smile wasn't pretty, I was in pain and I was faced with the eventual dentures before age 50 if I ignored the problem. I visited and researched many cosmetic dentists in AZ and CA. Dr. Michael Johnson is by far the most knowledgeable, honest and accommodating. To say I was high maintenance is an understatement, the treatment plan he personalized for me wasn't the easiest but met all my needs and delivered a very quality result. After my nearly 3 years in his chair (and periodontist and ortho he recommended) my smile looks like a million, my pain is gone and I am smiling non stop. He accommodated my pain, fears, vanity, and short of patience issues. If he can make me happy beyond my expectations - I do not hesitate in recommending him to friend or stranger. You will not be disappointed. He sets the bar high and uses only the best technology. I'd say "good luck" but you won't need luck if you utilize Dr. Johnson and his staff.”

“Was a gem in the middle of the desert on a tired evening! The smell of clean hit you us in the face when we walked in. Our room smelled the same. The clerk was exceptionally friendly and assured we were being taken care of. I would stay again! For the price it was great! I did not expect it to be such a great stay being it is a 2 Star motel. I can say I have stayed at 3 and 4 Star hotels and this place surpassed them. The AC worked great too! Cooled off the room quick and stayed cool.”

“I'm very honest and transparent about my experiences. The good the bad the ugly. And let me tell you, this complex - is the best kept secret of income-based housing in the West Valley. Awesome location, great school district, perfect little quiet pocket of desirable North Peoria. Since the new property management company took over, they've made some really nice improvements to the complex, including new paint to the buildings and new outdoor lighting. The units are spacious! Full laundry in unit, bring your own washer/dryer or rent theirs for an additional fee, which is very convenient. But unfortunately, fumbled the bag on this one 👎 After residing here for 6 months, 2 of my guests broke a rule of the lease unbeknownst to me, & I was asked to vacate. Management was gracious in giving me time to leave, as I had become ill and hospitalized around the same time, which was very kind. But BE MINDFUL*, theres not much room for forgiveness when it comes to lease rules, to keep it fair - so make sure you and your guests follow them and you'll have nothing to worry about. Front office (Jen & Shelley) are knowledgeable and helpful. Jen did come off a little strong when addressing a couple issues, which may have landed me on her bad side, but those issues were addressed and we were able to move on. It's obvious she takes her job very seriously, and takes pride in what she does and I can respect that 🤝 Maintenance🔧 is very quick to respond! I moved in in the summer, and my AC unit started leaking and they were there fixing it the very next day and I hadn't had that issue again for the remainder of my time there. Had another problem with an appliance and the sink, both of which were addressed in a timely manner and they were in and out, I really appreciated that! Although, after I moved out, the ball got dropped somewhere along the way and, very long story short, the process of tying up all the loose ends took longer than it typically would have and there were a few things that we went back and forth about. But ultimately, Highmarks corporate office handled things accordingly. Janine was helpful and very patient considering the circumstances, & I greatly appreciate her professionalism and poise, in handling this situation with care and concern and being an empathic listener. Overall, this is a gem 💎 of a complex, and run by people who truly care about it. Make sure no one breaks any rules 😆 and you'll really enjoy living here. If you can land yourself a unit, consider yourself lucky.”

“Great location with a nice walking park across the street, the pool and Jacuzzi are nice, and the room overall was decent and quiet. Price was great IMO for what you get. Only downside for us was the room cards that had to be re-keyed over and over again because they didn't work (until front desk dude showed us a trick -- pull the door handle towards you before inserting the key). All said, we'll be back again!!”
