Most of the reviewers today, have stated doing business with the company for over 10 years and today is the first time they have rated the company with a single star because the store was closed. What about the good service you have received over the years? No one bothered to give 4 or 5 stars when it was appropriate and when the business was serving your needs well. I’m sure we all know that customers do read reviews at times and this paints a very bad picture on a small business who’ve had to navigate these past turbulent 3 years of Covid and have managed to keep their doors opened.
