“I am hoping to add a 5 star as time goes on. This was Athenas first visit here after the horrible experience at her regular groomer. I was EXCITED to bring her. I was confident. But I was greeted by a lady who was more cautious after telling her about Athenas experience and how Athena has slight anxiety and her reaction made me feel less confident. But all in all, she came out looking amazing and happy and the store has so many amazing items as seen in the picture, I immediately bought her 2 beautiful harnesses! Everything was perfect, from the tastefully decorated room, the relaxing atmosphere, friendly welcome, to the best facial and pampering I’ve had in a very long time. Nicole is very professional and knowledgeable, and made sure I understood every step of the anti-aging facial and LED light therapy I got. This is the only place that served my Hurricane Margarita, Frozen/blended. Not sure but all others only serve it on the rocks. Not any more because I'll be visiting this location ONLY. I live in north Phoenix. They are worth the drive. My Margarita was perfect. My salad was perfect. My steak, 20 oz Ribeye, was prepared to perfection. I did thank the manager, sorry can't remember his name. He was thankful and humble for the praise I gave. You can try the rest but when you want the best of Texas Roadhouse stop in at this location on via de Ventura. Truly awesome. Service was excellent too. Very clean place as well.”
