I'm a big guy, still very overweight, and if I can do it, anyone can. I lost 10 lbs in my first 2 months of training, so if its physical activity your looking for, this will give you the exercise you're looking for. If you're looking to learn self defense, self discipline, or just want a new hobby, Youn Wha Ryu is a great way to go and learning it through Youn Wha United of Southern Arizona is a great choice.”

“Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable. One thing I don't like is that if you need to call for an app, refills, or questions for the Dr, etc, you don't talk to anyone usually. You have to leave a message name, DOB, and what you are calling for. They will call you back. Most times it doesn't take too long to get a call back... Unless it's on Thursday afternoon. They're closed on Fridays. Other than that, I am very pleased with my Dr and the staff. I do recommend them.”
