Very vice!

compared to the wetmore and oracle store...no comparison. From store manager to curbside pickup runner it's all customer service. I drive the 20 minutes each way just to avoid wetmore.

My husband and I purchased LG appliances from Home Depot in July 2020. However, the stove interior which is cobalt blue, became discolored and the door window leaked a dark runny substance inside where we couldn't get to in order to clean it. LG was not willing to even come out to look at it though we were well inside our one year warranty. They said it was a cosmetic issue not covered by the warranty. They gave ridiculous ideas to try to mitigate this issue - one being clean it with baking soda which did NOTHING. I was frustrated because this was an issue we had not created. I called LG daily to get help and was placed on hold for hours. Finally, they agreed to pay for someone to take a look at it only to deny replacement. I called Lisa Clay at Home Depot who is very professional, helpful, kind and also very understanding. She said let me look into this. I thought wow, someone who is positive and willing to help Lisa had our oven problem remedied immediately we now have a new and improved oven. Thank you lisa you deserve a HUGE THANK YOU! ?And a pay increase! People like her are a rare commodity in the retail world today!
