“Update: It's been a year, and back for annual blood draw. Perfect service. Walk-in was very quick (literally, I was in/out the door in 9 minutes). Phlebotomy was great: no pain, no bruise. Dropped by at 11:30 (with mask on), scanned my DL and insurance card at the kiosk, waited a few minutes, had a short chat with the women running things about my fasting period, she checked on the order from my GP (I didn't have a copy of the paperwork with me), she stuck the needle in my vein (perfectly, no pain, no bruising) and sent me on my way. What could be better.”

“I was pleasantly surprised with my first visit at Sonoran ENT, Oro valley. I was a new patient and appointment times with other ENT facilities were booked out 3 months. I called Sonoran and was able to get an appointment in 2 days! I had a severe water blockage in one ear. The office had all my insurance information ready when I arrived and even told me what was left on my deductible. The NP was very nice. she did an examination and determined I needed a thorough cleaning as I have narrow ear channels. After about 20 minutes I could feel the difference in my hearing. I was prepared for a long drawn out process to get my ears looked at but they were able to resolve my issue in just 2 days. Facility is very clean and the front desk personnel are nice.”

“I've loved this pharmacy. I had to get several prescriptions with insurance over-rides when I went out of the country for a long period. They handled almost everything I needed and informed with me updates and notified me in a timely manner if there was a problem. After living here for almost 3 years the main pharmacist knows both me and my husband's names and many other customer's names. Sometimes Ihave to wait a day or so to get a rx, but it is a fairly small pharmacy. Occassionally, I can see they are super busy and I may have to wait. They get new employees in sometimes and if they aren't customer sevice oriented they don't seem to last long. My grandpa and grandma owned a community pharmacy in a small town from the 30s through the 70s. This isn't exactly the same, but then again I couldn't buy groceries at grandma and grandpa's.”

They were remarkably fast, didn't even have to leave my car, and the price was very reasonable. Will absolutely be coming back here in the future. Plus the staff was extremely friendly and informative to what they were doing. As in not only saying the engine air filter needed to be replaced, but bringing it and showing it to me then saying it needed to be replaced if I wanted.”

Every single one of the caregivers (I think there were 3 who rotated in to see him) put in above and beyond efforts with him. They went out of their way to establish emotional connections with my dad. They even taught me how to do some of the stuff that they do. If you are looking for a company to help you with giving care when you can not, this is the place. If you are like me and are not dripping with money, they can still give you great care in small bursts and help you get the most help for the least cash. The employee's are just that good.”
