Nanette was extremely helpful with us in determining the best care for the passing of our mother. She helped us pick out a beautiful urn, gave us advice on how to carry her on the plane, and what to do when we get to Mom's final resting place. Doug went over the top! When Mom died she did not look her best. Nanette's advised us to have Doug prepare Mom for a private viewing for the three of us. This was a tremendous help of closure for us.
