They also have mustache and beard trimming and offer a hot towel shave as well. They have plenty of parking. The old guy here can be a little grumpy but really of good cheer.”

“Love coming into Shred to get my workout! the Spin classes are a quick 45 min but you are burning so many calories with high end spin instructors and with great music!! I also do pilates and it's one of the few places with reformers and offers multiple classes a week! While the spin and reformer pilates are my favorite - I have also become a big fan of barre because of Shred!”
