(June 3, 2020, 11:23 am)No overselling. Carlos the service rep was polite and in the end my alignment was done at a very reasonable price. I will be having them service my fleet for alignments going forward from now on.
(May 20, 2020, 12:30 pm)I blew my front driver's side tire. I pulled over and was nervous of the passing traffic. I realized I wasn't far from Purcell and I've gotten tires from them.
I called and explained my situation. He said he would call me back in 5 minutes and he did saying a truck would be to me in 5 minutes and it was.
I was so relieved and the guy who came was very polite, professional and helpful.
He changed my tire and followed me to Purcell where I purchased 4 new tires.

The technicians in the shop were superb in their work and explanation of what needed to be done. They conveyed the problem, solution and reasoning behind their recommendations in simple to understand conversation. The financial part was as expected and courteous. Good job by all.
