(February 9, 2018, 1:40 pm)The Bay is an area of the Voyager Resort where manufactured "double-wide" homes are installed on land that is owned by the Voyager and rented (on a yearly basis) by the home owners. The homes range in price from $120,000 to $160,000. The rental includes the use of all amenities of the Voyager Resort. The gated entrance provides security for all the residents.
