(March 27, 2020, 11:45 pm)I called Encantada Roofing in need of a roof inspection because my other roofer canceled my original inspection and moved it up another week. I had heard great things about Encantada Roofing so I gave them a call and they prompted me to fill their form out online and I did. I got a response within an hour to schedule the inspection which was same day because I explained I needed to get this inspection done as we were on a deadline. The customer service was great, the response was prompt, they listened, understood my situation and took care of me and business. Absolutely would recommend them!!

(October 7, 2019, 11:18 am)I called two roofing companies for some quotes and it took over a week. I called Encantada Roof and their fast turnaround was amazing! They came out and were so professional and very nice! They told me what was needed to be done. In a few days my roof was fixed and a very reasonable price. So, in a few days I had a quote and my roof fixed! Thank you so much for fast turnaround and fantastic job!
