“Unlike typical Dr offices, his office is not understaffed, appointments are not rushed since they are half or hour, he always seems cheerful even when it's obvious his allergies are bothering him. Unlike regular Dr's offices I never worry if phone calls will be returned, never worry if he will get a message I've left, if I need help because some other element in our health care system breaks down I know they will respond in a timely manner. The last three years of my wife's life she lived in constant pain.
