She showed me that with some training and conditioning, I have strength and skill I never knew could be mine, and I’ve gained confidence that should something bad happen I’d at least have a fighting chance. She is incredibly patient and willing to explain things several ways until you understand and can do the move correctly, and she makes every part of the training process fun! The environment at Combat Krav Maga is amazing. Jenna fosters a wonderful community of very diverse people. Everyone trains really hard and then steps back and laughs together at the end. I always felt safe in class knowing that Jenna will tell people to dial it back (or step it up! =P ) as needed for everyone to train hard without getting hurt.
