We hired fusion plumbing after having a major water leak and needing extensive repair. Adam and Chris came to the rescue! Their prompt arrival and thorough evaluation, as well as their above and beyond consideration made a bad situation much easier to deal with. Adam and Chris did a professional and complete job getting my reverse osmosis system back in working order after a “handyman” completely botched it up. Very professional and honest. Treated my base knowledge as a bonus and did not talk down to me. No greasy used car sales approach... refreshing. I was lucky to find a package that better fit my budget and they could not compete enough for me to pass up what I had found so another company got the bid, but my limited experience with Fusion has been very positive.
After the replacement service call, the owner reached out the next day to follow up...no pushy sales agenda, just great person to person service. If you are considering Fusion, I would recommend giving them the opportunity to impress you.

After months of higher than expected water bills I was able to get Chris out the next morning after the leak was found. He completed the job in a full day.
Although probably not the cheapest but Fusion is quick, dependable and does a fantastic job. This is the 3rd time we used Fusion for major jobs.
