We explained what the particular situation was and they let us know that it would be ok to wait until morning without any big risk. Saved us overnight charges even though they would have made more from it. I really respect and appreciate that. When Paul came in the morning he was incredibly kind, and explained everything as he went along fixing our issue, giving us information about how the systems worked as well as suggestions for what to do to prevent the issue in the future.
