Alonzo (Air Force Veteran, Thank you for your service!) and Fransisco are awesome. Went in the day before and Fransisco made me aware of the trade in promo and advised me to bring in my wife's phone. I returned the next day and Fransisco had Alonzo help me out. Fransisco briefed him on what I was there to do and Alonzo took it from there. Awesome team work! I did not mind waiting outside due to the covid restrictions because their service was really good. Everything was transfered and the whole experience was painless.
