Went in the day before and Fransisco made me aware of the trade in promo and advised me to bring in my wife's phone. I returned the next day and Fransisco had Alonzo help me out. Fransisco briefed him on what I was there to do and Alonzo took it from there. Awesome team work! I did not mind waiting outside due to the covid restrictions because their service was really good. Everything was transfered and the whole experience was painless.
