Walmart Supercenter

I shop here at night and the self checkout does not take "tap to pay" or cash. There is usually only one checkout line with an actual cashier. That being said the last time I shopped here there was a lady who opened up a second register when lines were long and she displayed excellent customer service skills and went above and beyond to help me with my shopping budget.

This is the best Walmart I have ever been to. Everything is extremely organized. The staff is kind and informative. I come here a few times a week. Kitchen staff are a bit confused though. Don't ask them what any of the meals are because they will look at you lost and just throw anything in a container and charge you for it. They really need to be trained

In a era where none cares about customer service especially at a wally world it is so refreshing to know that a few still hold themselves to a standard. The manager Chelsea and the floor lead shekerra went beyond and I mean beyond to assisted with something they could of easily dismissed as "not their problem" where so many would choose the ladder they both assisted and RESOLVED an issue I been dealing with for 2 days. I hope Walmart recognize these ladies for their character and I hope they truly know the value these ladies bring to their company. Can't say enough good things amazing work ladies!
