Davis Monthan AFB FamCamp

Always love this place. Especially in the spring and fall. Quite, and the staff is very accommodating and helpful. Tucson is a great town.

Make sure to follow the directions into the gate that's not closed. You'll need to take a left on Golf links rd. Go all the way down to Craycroft,, make a left on Craycroft, then go into the main gate. Once inside the main gate, make a left at the first light (Quijota), and follow this road all the way down to the Famcamp office on right. Follow procedures posted on Office window.

Good place. Simple but really well maintained with full hookups. Office staff are nice!

Spacious, level gravel sites, easy in and out. Plentiful, clean shower & laundry facilities. Only fly in the ointment is that the WFi is down, with no ETA on repairs.

A Top Notch Military Campground in most every aspect. Costs are reasonable, staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of things. Check-in process is smooth whether during working hours or non working hours. Easy access to base facilities; a very convenient location in general.
