“I've been going to this Snap Fitness for over 10 years now. One of the greatest aspects of this gym is the comaraderi. Often times a gym can be intimidating but when you go to Snap people know you and it's easy to feel comfortable. That sure makes going much more enjoyable. Also, no matter what you fitness goals are, the trainers (should you choose to work with one) will help you reach them! The knowledge of exercise, form, injury prevention and most importantly - diet, is extensive. In 9 months I went from 19.5% body fat to 9% and put on 8 lbs of muscle. This was just last year, and at 55 years old. I highly recommend Snap Fitness Rita Ranch! I not only got physically fit, but I also improved mentally, psychologically and emotionally working with this staff and achieving results I've been dreaming of for a long time.”

“I completed my Physical Therapy with Kari Hutton and her associates back in October and am still pain free and can walk better than I have in years! Before going to Atletico, I tried a Chiropractor for 10 weeks with minimal results. My doctor referred me to PT and it was amazing the progress I experienced after each visit. I had sever pain all along the Sciatica and they quickly pinpointed the muscle that caused the issue and treated it as needed. I went from barely walking and extreme pain...back to a normal life. “I’ve had my hair cut here for a while now. Every time I show up, I’ve been lucky enough to have either Madison or Maria cut my hair. There two are an absolute asset to Supercuts and the community. Firstly, they are both very skilled at their trade. Secondly, the attitude and cleanliness of the shop is perfect and it’s very obvious that they spend time to make this location very enjoyable to visit. Lastly, to top it off, their bedside minor and friendly attitude is better than any other that I’ve been around. I’ve got PTSD from my time overseas, these two young ladies are so enjoyable to speak to while they perform miracles around my oddly shaped and scarred up head. I drive almost an hour just to have these ladies cut my hair although I have many other closer options. I will always return as long as these two are here.”
