(October 21, 2022, 8:03 am)There was a very long wait at the counter when we arrived at the rental office in the Tucson airport, however the woman who waited on us was alone to man the desk. She was super nice and got everyone through as quickly as she could. We got a Kia Forte and I loved it. The gas mileage was great and the car handled like a charm.
(August 26, 2022, 1:24 pm)Have used Budget for many years, and will continue. Most of my experiences with them have been great. This time I was given a "smoker" car. Not exactly pleasant. With all the products available, you'd think they could make a better effort at deodorizing.
