“There was a very long wait at the counter when we arrived at the rental office in the Tucson airport, however the woman who waited on us was alone to man the desk. She was super nice and got everyone through as quickly as she could. We got a Kia Forte and I loved it. The gas mileage was great and the car handled like a charm.”

“Parking is $3.50 plus taxes or $4.75 per day for uncovered. Surface is unpaved and uneven. Not a huge problem but not my preferred parking lot normally. Shuttle was fast to the airport. However, van was old and dirty. Air was blasting and both ceiling vent covers were broken off so I was unable to close the air vent or even move the air off me. While the price is OK, I won't be coming back.”
