The trail is nice. Signage is not always easy to see so it is not always easy to stay on the trail. Another issue to keep in mind is that taking the trail will outlet you to an alternate trail head and you cannot hike back up the road as a short cut to where you parked since there is no shoulder on the road. I had no signal on my phone so no Uber and it was dipping in to the 50s when I finished. So you will need to make the roundtrip to get back or find someone willing to drive you 10 mins back to the other trail head. Great sunset though.....
What are you we travel through David Yetman pass at on our way to Old Tucson. The sahuaros for spectacular this desert flowers were in full bloom and we really enjoyed ourselves the day was gorgeous! God is so good he creates all this beauty to enjoy!
Beautiful views and the hike is not too hard. The trail splits a little ways down, the hike up the mountain is definitely more difficult than the Yetman trail but was able to manage just fine with a dog. It was a little steep in some spots.
