(August 18, 2020, 11:00 am)Having moved from Colorado two years ago, I'm a relative newcomer who has been searching for a choice local bike shop, and I've found it! My first visit was for a creak from road bike #1 that I thought was coming from the bottom bracket but instead came from my aging saddle - and they didn't charge me! On another visit, I bought bar tape, and received useful attention as if I was buying something more technical and interesting. Just this week, road bike #2 received a tune-up and repair for a tweaked derailleur hanger, and it rides just like new! Everyone has been friendly, helpful, and - most important - obvious bike lovers! Keep up the great work!
(August 6, 2020, 6:37 pm)I had bought a new bicycle at a shop in Phoenix because stock was down in my size bike in Tucson. I had a new set of handlebars and cables installed at the north location. I made an appointment with Junilla to be fitted and couldn’t be any happier with the service I received. Junilla is a pro fitter and she took the time to make sure I was 100% fitted on my bike. It is a night and day difference. I will be back soon. Thanks
(July 22, 2020, 6:50 pm)With Tucson Arizona's roads being the way they are, broken glass and thorns, you're bound to deal with a flat tire on your bicycle at least once. This place has you covered, from applying new brakes to standard tire changes and everything in between and more. I'm a regular at this place as I do a lot of off-roading in especially treacherous terrain, but I'd rather have an excellent place like this work on my bike than to do it myself, I got my 5th tire change today and I'm completely satisfied. And I have not once been let down by this establishment. The employees are courteous and even take it upon themselves to go the extra mile and give you more services than requested, giving you more bang for your buck, increasing the overall quality of your bicycle and adding years of life to it as well.
(May 12, 2020, 1:33 am)I got a flat today while riding nearby and I'd just like to say the people at Oro Valley Bicycle were absolutely amazing! A shout out to Richard who not only got my tire repaired quickly, he showed me how to do it, gave me several useful tips should it happen to me again in the future and even tried to solve a little issue I had with my co2 inflater getting lodged down within the bike frame. When I went to pay, I realized I didn't have my credit card and I was told I could come back later. A changed flat, tons of advice and honest people all for a grand total of $14.42. I will be returning to this bike shop. The staff here are incredible. Thank you for your outstanding service. Every staff member I had an interaction with was friendly and attentive!! Thank you again. I sincerely appreciate your staff.
