“I was very happy with the work on our 1940s adobe house. John Schimon and his crew worked during the hottest week of the year and finished before the summer rains started. They didn't need the electrical conduits moved that another adobe guy asked for before he'd start. This alone saved us several weeks and thousands of extra dollars. He stuck to his estimate and I'll add the 5th star when I see that the nice looking job holds up. I highly recommend John Schimon and Adobe King (Adobe Doctor).”

“Might be my new favorite pizza spot in Tucson. What I love about this spot is that it does not rely on any gimmicks or claims about its food, rather they offer simple items without trying so hard like other restaurants. If you like your pizza with a crunch and a close to perfect ratio of cheese and sauce, this is the right place. Though the prices may be a little higher than other places in Tucson, the taste makes it well deserved. I didn't have to wait long for our food to be ready (I ordered the Gyro + Fries and a Pepperoni slice) Both items came out quickly and remained hot for quite some time. I liked it so much, I even ordered another slice to go and that slice tasted just as good as the first. The gyro itself tasted great with fresh toppings and the right amount of Tzatziki sauce. They definitely were not stingy on that, If I lived in the neighborhood, I might be visiting this place on a weekly basis. Can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu.”
